From Primary School Teacher to Insurance Champion: 18 Years of Building Countless Secure Income Safety Nets
I am Teacher Doreen, a former primary school educator who once stood at the front of the classroom. Today, I am a top sales champion in the insurance industry and a consecutive leader of a million-dollar team.
Over the past 18 years, I have not only helped thousands of families build strong income protection, but also developed a professional and high-performing team of insurance specialists, enabling more people to achieve career breakthroughs and financial freedom.

Insurance is not just protection — it is a financial safety net. My mission is to ensure that every client has at least 60 months of stable cash flow in times of risk, without debt, without losses, and without compromising their quality of life.

At the age of 23, I boldly stepped into the insurance industry, taking on the challenge to push my limits. In just five years, I rapidly advanced to the position of Manager, becoming the national champion of new managers in Malaysia. I was honored to receive the AIA Asia President's Cup Leadership Award for four consecutive years, as well as the Youngest Leader Award, while helping over 3,000 families achieve their financial management goals.
Achievements and Rewards
The success I’ve attained would not have been possible without the support and guidance of my mentor. This inspired me to dedicate myself to nurturing the next generation of talent, ensuring that more people can live without regrets and achieve their own success.
Nurturing Talent
As a Senior Chief Trainer at AIA Malaysia, I have trained and developed multiple generations of outstanding talent. I have been nominated by the Malaysian Women Entrepreneurs Association and have received numerous domestic and international travel awards, leaving my footprints in 48 cities.
